Memory care at Provision Living at West Bloomfield offers active living in an intimate and safe environment. If your loved one is living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia, this is where they can continue to thrive and be seen and heard as a unique individual.
Residents live each and every day with purpose at our memory care community. They’ll have the freedom to roam our beautifully-landscaped courtyards and living areas and enjoy three freshly-made meals a day, inspired by local cuisine. Days are also filled with brain healthy activities, like baking and puzzle-making, and companionship that enhances cognitive health and inspires a stimulating lifestyle.
Want to know what’s going on with your loved one? We capture and share insights with family members and provide detailed context on their loved one’s daily lives. This allows us to maintain connectivity when families live out-of-town or simply cannot visit as often as they would like.
Prior to your loved one’s move-in, they’ll complete a life story interview with our team. We’ll learn as much as we can about their home life, so we can design a care plan that puts their safety and unique needs first. Our clinical team and medical practitioners support resident wellness and leverage a health monitoring technology to proactively address health changes and anticipate future needs.
