Radiant Associates of the Month – Jan. 2018

Capreece Kerr, CMA

Capreece KerrCapreece is one of our Radiance Associate winners for January. She was randomly selected from the 45 associates who received a “Radiance Alert” this month.

To spotlight Capreece, let me tell you what I learned from our interview.

Capreece was born on September 27th, she 2 sisters Ciera & Chaunice and 4 step sisters.

She is most proud of her 2 girls. She said “they are a reflection of her. ”

When asked why she likes serving seniors, Capreece said “she likes being able to assist them become more independent in order to help themselves. “

I asked Capreece what famous person would she be thrilled to meet and where would she go? Capreece said “Beyonce and they would have margarita’s and she would ask her about her hobbies. “

Capreece collects party bags and gift bags.

When she was growing up Capreece wanted to be a school teacher,

Capreece’s bucket list includes traveling to France and seeing all the sites.

If Capreece won the lottery, she would buy a house for stability, located in the country with some land. She would also attend nursing school.

Her favorite color is red.

Her favorite sports teams is the Kansas City Chiefs.

When asked what she has gained working at Provision Living, Capreece said “she has learned to be patient. She has more empathy for others and over all loves her residents. She has also learned to laugh and live life. “

Dawn Steele, Concierge

Dawn SteeleDawn is one of our Radiance Associate winners for January.  She was randomly selected from all the 30 plus “Radiance Alert” nominations we received this month.

To spotlight Dawn, let me tell you what I learned from our interview.

Dawn was born on March 29th, she has one brother and one sister; two daughters, one son; and fourteen Grandchildren.

She is most proud of graduating from college with a Business Management degree from Sandford Brown and a Marketing from Moberly Community College.

When asked why she likes serving seniors Dawn said “she has helping hands and heart.”

I asked Dawn what famous person would she be thrilled to meet and where would she go? Dawn said “Mother Theresa and they’d go to Egypt. “

Dawn collects funny cards.

Her favorite munchy is chocolate candy bar; ice cream is chocolate almond; beverage is Pepsi; restaurant is Red Lobster and any chicken place.

When she was growing up, Dawn wanted to be a restaurant owner (own boss).

Dawn’s bucket list includes hand gliding and driving a race car.

If Dawn won the lottery, she would buy a large 5-6-bedroom house in the country.

Her favorite color is red.

When asked what she has gained working at Provision Living, Dawn said “she has learned patience, learning and working with people.“

Taria Douglas, CMA

Taria DouglasTaria is one of our Radiance Associate winners for January.  She was randomly selected from all who received a “Radiance Alert” this month.

To spotlight Taria, let me tell you what I learned from our interview.

Taria was born on June 15th, she has 1 daughter named T’aira and her boyfriend is Pedro.  

She is most proud of everything that she has accomplished, such as paying for her car and having her own place.

When asked why she likes serving seniors, Taria said she likes working with them and making them happy.  Making sure someone is in good health and okay makes her feel great.

Taria collects change (coins) and at the end of the year, she spends it on her daughter.

When she was growing up Taria wanted to be an OB-GYN doctor.

Taria’s bucket list includes flying in a plane. She has never flown.

If Taria won the lottery, she would buy a nice 4-bedroom, 2 story brick house, with a 3 car garage in the country.

Her favorite color is orange.

Her favorite TV show is Law & Order.

When asked what she has gained working at Provision Living, Taria said she has gained a better understanding with working with the elderly and is now a lot more patient when it comes to difficult situations.
