St Louis Assisted Living

Provision Living at West County is located in Des Peres, Missouri, just west of I-270 and north of Manchester Road. Our location is in the heart of St. Louis County and offers proximity to premier shopping, dining, and many of the area’s most established neighborhoods, and is just 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis.
While most senior living communities focus on placing elders either in memory care or assisted living, Provision Living at West County offers a solution for families who may feel uncertain about the right type of care needed for their loved ones. Our approach does not force a choice between assisted living and memory care. Instead, we support memory loss, Alzheimer’s and dementia needs for all residents, because aging usually involves some form of memory impairment.

Our St. Louis Story

“Provision Living at West County opened its doors in 2016 as part of a larger development in the old quarry site just north of Manchester Road and west of Des Peres Road, and just a few hundred yards from our home office. Our vision from the start was to provide St. Louis with a unique alternative for senior living services. We accomplished this by making the building smaller to create a community that is easier for our residents and team members to navigate, and providing great outdoor spaces where residents can connect with others. We also invested in the best people, innovative care and safety technology, and resources to help support families of older adults. Provision Living at West County employs approximately 60 local team members, partners with numerous local businesses, supports local community causes and proudly pays local property taxes. We see ourselves as a vital part of creating a thriving local community.” – Todd Spittal, Co-founder/President

About Provision Living at West County

Our Building

Provision Living at West County is a 60-apartment senior living community that was intentionally designed to meet the unique needs of older adults. With both assisted living and memory care services, residents have their choice of purposefully designed studio and one-bedroom private apartments, which include full bathroom, kitchenette, emergency call response, fire safety system, and individualized heating and cooling. The building also features a beautiful dining room, ground level courtyard, full-service salon, computer room, fitness center, on-site rehabilitation center, and much more.

Our Services

In addition to our purposefully designed private apartments, Provision Living’s amenities include restaurant-style dining with three delicious meals daily; weekly apartment housekeeping; weekly linen and laundry services; trained staff on-site 24 hours each day; assistance with daily life tasks such as dressing, bathing, and mobility; medication management and administration; and social events and activities for individuals and groups.

Our Pricing

Our team of care partners focuses on delivering great service and care to our residents. To accomplish this, we purposefully avoid complex point systems and care level programs that create distraction and produce a culture that identifies elders by daily care tasks. We believe pricing for assisted living services should be transparent, predictable, and provide flexibility to allow for changes in needs and interests.

Our pricing resembles a monthly lease, like an apartment, based on the specific unit style. There are no long-term leasing commitments and no restrictive buy-in fees required to live at this community. Our inclusive pricing model helps older adults and their families confidently plan for the cost associated with senior living services. Contact us for more information on current pricing.
