David has more than 30 years experience in transaction, investment, finance, and capitalization across all real estate asset class, with particular success in structuring seniors housing real estate investments and closing more than $3 billion of construction, acquisition, and mortgage financing.
As a principal of Provision Living, Dave is responsible for facilitating the company’s business growth; working with the company’s senior leadership team on annual and long-term strategy; identifying new markets and services; overseeing site development and construction management, and advancing business growth opportunities with business partners. Dave has more than 25 years of business development experience, with particular success in new product development, business growth, process and systems improvement, and strategic planning.
Andrew KennardSenior Vice President, Operations
As Senior Vice President of Provision Living, Andrew is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to each of Provision Living’s communities, as well as working with the company’s senior leadership team on organizational innovations and long-term goals. Andrew has more than 20 years experience as a successful entrepreneur, with particular success in launching businesses from startup through growth and establishment phases. Andrew’s specific areas of expertise include leadership, process and plan improvement, optimizing ROI, and leveraging technology for organizational success.

As Director of Human Resource, Sterling is responsible for leading a team that provides human resource services to each Provision Living community, as well as working with the company’s senior leadership team on innovation and initiatives in the areas of company culture, organizational development, and team member experience. Sterling has more than 30 years of human resources and organizational development experience, with particular success as a senior leader in large distributed environments. Sterling’s specific areas of expertise include system development, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and people development.
Jon HanksSr. Vice President, Investments
As Sr. Vice President, Jon is responsible for new project development, acquisitions and financing for all Provision Living companies, as well as working with the company’s senior leadership team on new market analysis and selection, investment modeling and asset management. Jon has 20 years experience in banking, real estate, and finance, resulting in more than $2 billion in construction and acquisition funding closed. Jon’s specific areas of expertise include lender relations, capitalization, market analysis, investor relations, and transaction management.
Angie SanbornDirector of Finance & Accounting
As Director of Finance & Accounting, Angie is responsible for leading the team that provides all accounting and finance services for Provision Living’s companies, as well as working with the company’s senior leadership team on strategic planning, company-wide process and system improvements, and business strategy. Angie has more than 20 years experience in accounting, finance, business improvement, merger and acquisitions, and system and process improvement.
