John Robison,
V.P. Operations
John is like that big brother who leads by example, pushing everyone else in the pack to give just a little bit more all the time. No one at Provision Living ever loses sight of our purpose or mission because John just won’t let us.
It’s this born leader that didn’t stay in his first senior housing career job for very long. Originally a property chef, soon after graduating Edinboro University with a bachelor’s degree, John used his natural management skills to quickly earn more influential executive roles. As a community services coordinator, then a director of operations and, eventually, a senior vice president with several different assisted living companies, John gained the experience to become an integral player in Provision Living’s growth.
John has been a featured subject in industry publications, a speaker at several regional and national assisted living conferences and Vice Chairman of the Indiana Assisted Living Association.

Jeff Leffew,
Human Resources
Not to make him sound like a super hero, but Jeff is the ultimate human resource.
By providing us with exceptional human resource services, as founder and president of his own company, ServantHR, Jeff enables us with the freedom to focus on our residents and associates.
His 15-year career, built on a BS degree in business management from Southwest Baptist University, began as a personnel assistant at Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri. From there, he went on to Volume Services in Kansas City, Missouri, working as the Assistant HR Director for an agency serving the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals.
In time, Jeff helped build a couple of start-up organizations in the Midwest, including his own entrepreneurial venture as cofounder of Strategic Partners Consulting in Kansas City, Missouri. In 2003, with a desire to become “small” again to better serve his clients, Jeff founded ServantHR.
