Forget Everything You’ve Heard About Dementia Care. We are redefining it.
More than ten years of experience taught us that memory care requires a strong willingness to embrace and respond positively to change. Change can be tough, particularly for caregivers and families. So we decided to create a care model that supports the family as much as it supports the resident. The measure of success at Provision Living at West County is not just thriving residents, but thriving families. One without the other is not good enough.
