Provision Living, www.provisionliving.com, is pleased to announce that Mike Lalo will be joining Provision Living at Hattiesburg as the Executive Director on November 8, 2010. 

Mike will be responsible for directing the day to day activities of the community to provide optimal living conditions for the elderly in a caring and nurturing environment. He is a seasoned, executive director and possesses outstanding communication and leadership skills.  Mike holds a bachelor degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management as well as a Culinary Degree from Culinary Institute of America in New York.

Mike most recently served as Executive Director for Heritage House of Castlewoods of Brandon, Mississippi.  This community provides both Assisted Living and Memory Care services with a total of 100 units and 53 full time associates.  Prior to his 8 years tenure at Heritage House of  Castlewoods, Mike was a Food Service Director at Kensington Park Retirement.  His role there also included working as Acting Executive Director for a time period.  This community consists of 250 units, including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s services.

Mike and his wife Michelle will reside in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  Mike and Michelle have four sons, the oldest Chris is a senior at Ole Miss, second oldest Jon is a sophomore at Mississippi State, middle son Nicholas is a senior at The Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science along the youngest of their four sons, Thomas is a sophomore at Northwest Rankin High School.  In Mike’s spare time, he enjoys woodworking, Kayaking and belongs to several car clubs.
