I HAD 2 DEATHS IN 8 MONTHS. i LIVED IN SENIOR HOUSING IN bOSTON, MA FOR 101/2 YRS. UNDER DURESS i GAVE MY HOUSING UP THINKING i COULD LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. It did not work out, now I want to live back in the same building. Having a difficult time getting back in. I .was only gone for 1 month. i LEFT ALL MY POSSESSIONS IN APT. AND LEFT. wAS UNDER SUCH DURESS AND COULD NOT GRIEVE PROPERLY. wHAT IS MY RECOURSE?

One of the facilities I worked at did a survey regarding stress for their 86 senior residences. They had a 'lite yoga' session 3 times a week and more than three quarters of their residences who attended the class had little to no stress. If every facility could implement this into their activities, stress would be the least of their worries!
