Todd E. Spittal
Todd is a co-founder and principal of Provision Living and is responsible for the ongoing operation of the company, assessment and integration of growth opportunities, coaching the company's top executives to optimize performance and ensuring that the organization is in alignment with its vision and mission. Prior to co-founding Provision Living, Todd provided consulting services to senior housing property owners in need of property repositioning, accelerated fill up strategies and value enhancement programs. Prior to this role, Todd was the C.O.O. for American Lifestyles, Inc., where he was responsible for operations of a portfolio consisting of 35 properties, representing 4,000 independent and assisted living residents, in 20 states.
Todd has been in the seniors housing industry for nearly 17 years. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Todd is passionate about providing a highly person centered brand of senior care services. He has extensive expertise in building high performing organizations and enhancing value through quality services and effective operations. He strives to build an organization that truly makes a difference in the lives of others. Todd remains passionate about the residents and associates of Provision Living and ensuring that the organization lives up to its mission to "create a radiant organization where people are loved, inspired and thriving."
