Vicky Koenig, the administrator, enabled Wanda to transition from independent living to GreenTree with dignity, compassion and a wonderful sense of humor. She provided constant supervision of Mom's care and adaptation with professionalism and genuine concern.
Vicky's staff has been wonderfully kind and considerate as well which is a tribute to the thoughtful process Vicky puts into hiring her staff. During the few (very few) glitches that invariably occur, Ms. Koenig saw to the details and followed up with each request and slight misstep.

We don't often take the time to tell corporate management about excellent care and the staff contributions that insure the success of our companies but Vicky was outstanding and deserves to be acknowledged.
