Samara Memory Care at Kokomo Achieves Perfect Survey With Indiana State Department of Health
KOKOMO, Indiana-Samara Memory Care was recently surveyed by the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) for their annual licensure renewal. ISDH surveyors observed, reviewed and audited records and procedures to ensure the memory care community was adhering to state guidelines.
